Close to the most beautiful beach in Itacimirim, Praia da Espera. You will walk along a beautiful and private trail, in contact with nature and in complete safety.

The condominium is Quinta das Lagoas Residence.

It is located on the middle island, on Itacimirim beach, 600m from the beach.

In the region, there are other condominiums in the same network. However, this is the Residence.

Condominium of 2-bedroom villages/apartments, with a large green area and leisure facilities for small groups of family and friends.

It has direct access to the beach by a private trail in the forest reserve with security of the condominium.

The apartment is on the first floor, making it more private. It is located in Block I, the closest to the beach.

It has a balcony with a beautiful view of the forest reserve, with 1 table and 2 chairs, and 2 more chairs can be added. In this space you can have meals enjoying a beautiful green view, with a lot of peace and quiet, as well as having drinks, snacks and chatting.

The living room has a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed, 1 armchair, Smart TV, air conditioning and beer cooler. It is integrated with the kitchen which is compact but complete.

The service area has clothesline and washing machine. It is also the place where the beach kit is kept: 2 chairs, umbrella and cart that turns into a table.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, with air conditioning and queen bed. The other bedroom is opposite the shared bathroom. It has 2 single beds with 2 auxiliary beds underneath. Both with TV.

We have linen included, that is, bed and bath linen for the total amount of guests.

Guests will be able to use and have access to the entire external area of ​​the condominium, such as:

-Pool;

- Club structure such as tables, chairs, drinking fountain, ice machine, restrooms and brewery (which can be used when they are in place);

-Children's playground;

-Football field;

-Games room;

The use of the barbecue is not allowed.

The condominium has a 24-hour security service. Access is applied upon registration of the vehicle's license plate and full names with ID of all guests, made by the hostess, Myllena.

It has 1 parking space available in the internal parking lot of the condominium.

The hostess, Myllena, will always be available to assist you via phone and whatsapp.

Barra beach
One of the most visited spots in Itacimirim (BA) is Praia da Barra, which has a beautiful view, surrounded by coconut trees and mangroves. It is also in this area of ​​the beach that the Pojuca River flows, which makes Praia da Barra even more peaceful for swimming.

Itacimirim Beach is 45 km from Salvador airport. To get there, just follow the BA-099 highway, also known as “Estrada do Coco”.
